Architecture of Understanding
Building in public — fictional demos only; no personal data

The record is permanent. The understanding is allowed to change.

A place to put the pieces down. So you can walk lighter.

An honest progress overview for donors, advisors and possible pilot partners. This is not a production service.

Optional read-aloud uses only a voice your browser reports as on-device. Browsers and operating systems report this differently and we cannot confirm it for every device; if none is confirmed, it stays off. It never uses a microphone, records, or saves anything.

How progress works here

  1. Step 1: Fictional demo

We build with invented people and situations only.

  2. Step 2: Review gates

Privacy, accessibility and human review before anything moves forward.

  3. Step 3: Careful release

Only reviewed pieces are shared more widely. Many are not there yet.

Three projects, where they stand

My Buddy

Fictional demonstrationIn preview
  • A working private fictional lab: Sequence vs. Story.
  • A new private fictional exercise, “Intuition vs. Evidence Over Time”, is in the private lab: it is not real-record tracking, intuition measurement, motive detection or proof of credibility.
  • A journal prototype exists.
  • Its live browser store is not encrypted.
  • A workflow for real records is not ready.

Neuro Buddy

Fictional demonstrationIn preview
  • Training-first preview lessons for adults, using fictional scenarios.
  • Includes the lesson “Before You Reply”; a short fictional version is on the All demos page.
  • Review, privacy and accessibility gates come before any further release.
BC3 icon: a silver and blue robot with a shield

BC3 / Bully Buddy

Fictional demonstrationPlanned
  • Vision: “Digital Armor”.
  • A fictional, manual consent simulator exists.
  • Actual recording, third-party certification and smart contracts are not built.
  • Exploring potential future relevance to proposed digital-asset CLARITY legislation; no compliance claim. CLARITY is distinct from the Clery Act (campus safety reporting).
  • “BC3 Certified” is not an active verification scheme.

Community work

My Buddy helps people preserve and examine their own experience; BC3 explores evidence protection; Safety Buddy and Equity Buddy bring accessible support and listening into communities.

Safety Buddy

Status: Current field work

  • Practical Sensory Safe Zones: portable calming resources and community feedback.
  • Field-tested at Northfield Pride and Defeat of Jesse James Days.
  • A current public offering and field work, separate from BC3 and involving no recording.
Equity Buddy logo: a friendly robot on a rose-gold circle

Equity Buddy

Status: Community research and pilot

  • Privacy-conscious, bilingual, anonymous barrier reporting as community research and a pilot.
  • Field collaboration during Hispanic Heritage events.
  • Digital reporting and incubator plans are future plans, not a fully deployed service.

Older public prototypes

Earlier prototypes live at mybuddy-ai.lovable.app and neurobuddyai.com. They are older work: the newer private demos described here are not on those sites.
